- Year 1-5 service and calibration (if sensors are required to be changed this will be an additional charge)
- Calibration Certificate showing as found and (where applicable) after adjustment results
- Free upgrade to the latest firmware*
- Free Filter change when your probe is returned*
- Return delivery back to DPD shop or home location

How to return your Analyser to us for Service and Calibration:
- Select your instrument, add to basket
- Select DPD QR code
- Add your email address and Checkout
- Receive your FREE Return QR code by email
- Place your equipment (Analyser and Probe) into a suitable box and secure
- Take the box to your DPD shop location
- Show your QR code at the DPD shop location
- We will do the rest, you will receive your equipment back within 3 working days*
